Barbering Program
This 1,000-clock-hour course prepares students for the Texas Class A Barber Exam with hands-on training in haircutting, hairstyling, shaving, chemical services, coloring, manicures, and state laws. Industry-trained COM instructors provide guidance in both classroom and lab settings, with an emphasis on current business and industry trends.

Nail Technician Program
The 600-hour Nail Technician course at Maverick can be completed in 20 weeks. Students receive practical training in manicuring, pedicuring, nail enhancements, sanitation, and Texas regulations. Taught by experienced instructors, the program prepares students to pass the state licensing exam and begin a successful career in the beauty industry.
